Charlotte Kinsey and Cinda Pallett 13 years old in the fall of 1981 were attending the Oklahoma State Fair without their parents for the first time. Charlotte and Cinda would call home excitedly from the fair saying that a man offered them a job and that they would call back around 9 PM to arrange a ride home. That call never came and Cinda and Charlotte were never seen again. 42 years later despite more than one arrest, their case remains unsolved.
