John and Katie palmer would be out for a morning walk in their neighborhood enjoying time together before starting their day. As they were heading back home John and Katie would be struck from behind by a vehicle that crossed over to the other side of the road. Katie would be killed while John survived and now John spends every single day fighting for Katies justice when everything about this horrific accident points to one person being responsible and yet they still walk free facing no consequences.
