On A cold January night in 2000 a 50 year old trucker from Oregon, Roger Kelly would be fatally shot by an unknown person in Fernley, Nevada and 22 years later two sisters are still desperately trying to piece together the final days of their fathers life in the hopes of bringing him justice.
